SurroundYou Design LLC (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through surroundyou.me, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are

What we collect
- Contact form. When you send us an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number and the message you write.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address.
- Orders. If you buy from our shop we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and the details of what you ordered.
- Payments. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (WooPayments). We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card, but we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data. Like most websites, we collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the site you arrived from.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to provide our design services.
- To process and deliver your order, and to handle returns.
- To send you our newsletter, if you asked for it.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To understand how the site is used so that we can improve it.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the shop (for example, to remember what is in your basket) and to measure how the site is used through Google Analytics. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the shop may not work fully if you do.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the studio and the shop:
- WooPayments – card processing.
- Printful – printing and shipping of artwork orders.
- Google Analytics – website usage measurement.
- Jetpack / Automattic – newsletter and site hosting.
- 17hats – client enquiries and scheduling.
Each of these providers receives only the information needed for its part of the job.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations (typically up to seven years for financial records). Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and visitors in the EU or UK have equivalent rights under the GDPR, including the right to object to certain processing and to receive your data in a portable format. Email Info@SurroundYou.me and we will respond within 45 days. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date below shows when it was last revised.
